This class is designed to be an introduction to dance and musical theatre. In this 50 minute class dancers will learn basic techniques of Jazz dance.

Through an intense training program, dancers will be conditioned to build a competitive skill set, focusing on stretch and strength, technique, musicality, and choreography, to help them on their performance journey.

This vocal technique class offers a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of healthy, confident singing. Each week, students will build a strong foundation by focusing on key elements such as breath control, posture and alignment, and vocal production.

Theresa maintains private classes where she coaches students on audition techniques, monologue reading and delivery, and preparations for auditions for fine arts programs at high school and post-secondary levels.
